Jared is a fourth generation Athenian who attended Clarke Central High School and graduated Truett-McConnell College in 1998. Jared joined the US Air Force in 1998 where he was stationed at Hill Air Force Base as an F-16 Crew Chief. After an Honorable Discharge from the Air Force Jared returned home to attend the University of Georgia. Jared graduated UGA in 2004 with a degree in housing and in 2005 founded The BrickKicker of Athens Home Inspection Services. Over the next 9 years, Jared successfully grew The BrickKicker until selling it in December of 2013 in order to pursue a career in real estate sales. As a Realtor, Jared brings an attention to detail with a genuine interest in all phases of the housing industry. In his personal life, Jared has been married to Kim for 20+ years, has two beautiful daughters, one devoted canine and a Jeep that provides countless hours of family fun.
